Return Policy
Each clothing item on the store has a size chart to assist in determining your correct size. Please click the Size Chart link on each product to view that product's specific size chart. If you have further questions about sizing before ordering, please email us at [email protected]. and we will be happy to assist!If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and in the subject line of the email please state “Cancel Order” and please include your order number, full name, contact information and any additional details in the body of the email.
Each item on the K92 online store is decorated to order and all sales are final. Merchandise may only be returned or exchanged due to an error on our part (e.g., flaw in workmanship, wrong item shipped). Returns must be initiated within 30 days from date of order. When returning a defective or incorrectly shipped item the original tags must be intact and the garment must not have not been worn, soiled, laundered, or dry-cleaned. PLEASE CAREFULLY REVIEW THE SIZE CHART PROVIDED FOR EACH APPAREL ITEM TO DETERMINE YOUR CORRECT SIZE PRIOR TO ORDERING.
